HAPPY BIRTHDAY SEPTEMBERICE!

it was only last friday that i saw your name in the birthdays-to-come box in the conrner of my messages. i was like "oh. my. gosh. i must make something for her ._." at first i didnt know what to pixelate but thats when i decided id draw your favorite OC, Lucy Yamada/your Shugo Chara character! so i looked threw my base favorites when i found this. i LOVE big bases becasue its easier for me to pixel hair and such on them and since this one came with an adorable top, i just had to use it. i finished it in about two days in a total of one hour. i know im one day early, but i just couldnt stand not posting it because i love it waaay to much! i hope you have a good one, but if you dont mind me asking, im quite curious if you'll be older than me (14. gonna be 15 in may) :3
